Cancellations

 

All sales on StylFlip are final and binding once paid for. While we are always sad to see an order getting cancelled, we strive to do our best to provide you with the best possible service in any situation.

We allow cancellations of your order under any of the following circumstances

  •  It’s less than 24 hours since you placed your order
  • Our logistics team has not yet collected the order from the seller
  • The order does not fulfil the StylFlip Promise once we receive it or if you find discrepancies as per the policy that may have missed in our inspection process.
  • The seller is unable to ship the item as listed.

In any of the above cases, a full refund will be processed and the money will be returned to the same source you paid from i.e. your credit card, debit card or bank account within 5-7 working days.

Returns and Exchange Policy

 

We hope that all our fellow flippers have the best experience while shopping on the app. However, in the event you do receive an item that does not fit or that you are not completely happy with you can return it within 72 hours of its receipt. If we do not hear from you in that timeframe, we assume all is well and will proceed to transfer the money to the sellers account which cannot be reversed. No returns will be accepted after the 72 hour timeframe under any circumstances.

Accepted items for returns

We accept returns on all items bought except for accessories and any items bought during a sale or special promotion where all sales are final.

Return Process

While returning the item please ensure that it is in the condition that you received it in, with all the tags and packaging material intact. We request you to reseal the package and insert the original invoice into it as well.

Your refund will be processed via a coupon code of the value equal to that of the refunded item that can be used on future purchases within 5-7 working days of us receiving the item back in our offices. You will be notified of the same.

Sellers need not worry in this case as the item will be re-listed on StylFlip as soon as we receive and check the same.

Return to Seller in case of failure to adhere to the StylFlip Promise

In the event the item received form the seller does not fulfil the StylFlip Promise, the seller will be intimated of the same and can have the item shipped back to them for a flat fee of Rs. 500. Our team will contact the seller directly for further instructions.
